It’s safe to say the Dubai Bar has blown up social media, and for good reason; it’s utterly luxurious & delicious!
We’ve tried our hand at recreating the viral bar Short & Sweet style and the result is: pure pistachio paste combined with creamy couverture white chocolate, tahini, ground pistachio’s, crispy kataifi pastry and a pinch of salt all enrobed in a sweet couverture chocolate shell.
It’s moreish, crunchy, creamy. sweet & a little savoury – the perfect combination of textures & flavours!
