Pro Chocolatier
In the past 7 years of being in the industry, I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience.
I find the job exciting because I learn something new every day.
My inspiration to become a chocolatier comes from my mother, who used to talk about the joys of making and eating different types of chocolate dishes with her boss.
Though we couldn’t afford the equipment to do it ourselves at the time, I made a promise to pursue it professionally one day, which I am now doing.

Having worked in the industry since 2014. I have always known pastry and all things sweet was my jam, literally.
Having pursued this passion ever since, I have worked a variety of Pastry Chef jobs and kitchens until the opportunity presented itself to start my own business.
Inspired by the colourful, fun, diverse and detail oriented nature of chocolate and confectionery I wanted to share that joy and love with others. Hence Short and Sweet was born.
As much as I thought I knew chocolate, this venture is teaching me something new every day and I absolutely love it.

With 6-7 years of experience as a waiter in various hospitality settings, including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies, I have gained valuable insight into the industry.
Although I am new to the world of chocolate, I am eager to expand my knowledge, explore new ideas, and develop both personally and professionally.
Working with chocolate has been a thrilling and captivating experience that has left me feeling deeply fulfilled.
My ultimate goal is to become a skilled chocolatier, and I am willing to put in the hard work and dedication necessary to achieve this dream.
